Scarpetta owner/executive chef and Food Network favourite Scott Conant whips up a little pasta for us at his restaurant in Toronto's Thompson Hotel. Of course, it's not just any pasta but his Short Rib and Bone Marrow Agnolotti in a light cream sauce with horseradish and brown butter.
