In honour of World Whisky Day, we turned to Dave Mitton of The Harbord Room and THR & Co. for a summer cocktail idea that traverses Europe. Beginning with Compass Box's The Peat Monster Whisky, he adds Hennessy VS Cognac, Yellow Chartreuse, Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth and a little simple syrup. The end result: The Eurotrash. Boozy, yes, but also light and refreshing.
